BSBA, (Summa Cum Laude honors), class of 2008. My undergraduate studies at Capella involved robust studies of a variety of disciplines with a major in business administration. The bachelors degree provided the perfect foundation augmenting my educational background with virtual team exercises that tapped the power of collabrative action and business decision-making in an online environment, which supported my technical background and web based experience.
AAB, Business Management, class of 1989. The University of Toledo is known for its high quality business programs, and professionalism throughout the world. I studied on main campus for 2.5 years before switching and earning my associates degree. As an entrepreneur, I was eager to get started in business, and put my bachelors on hold while I pursued success, and other types of learning.
As a Comptia A+ certified computer support professional, I have been engaged in electronics, computer, and web based technologies since 1984. I earned my certification on December 31, 1999, and have drawn upon it both personally and professionally since then. This certification qualifies me to perform a variety of roles covering hardware, software, and customer service and support. Chief among these are consulting, technical writing, training, and support service.
CEC Ceritification qualifies me to perform a range of technical services encompassing e-commerce consulting, technical writing, project management, SEO, website consulting, coaching, and training.
I completed the GSA government contracting program in 2006 because of the importance of businesses knowing how to do business with local, state, and federal government. This education enables me to represent business in a manner that reflect professionalism on both sides of the table by representing the best interests of government and business.

Diploma, Analog and Digital Eletronics, class of 1984. The Cleveland Institute of Electronics (CIE) was one of the best educational experiences of my life. The correspondence course introduced me to analog and digital technology in a way that allowed me to dive deeply into the subject matter in a way that could not be achieved in a traditional classroom. While the faculty staff and support were first class, there are special benefits that come from self-study, which builds upon self-determination, concentration, and focused learning. This demanding learning experience engraved electronic theory in my mind forever, allowing me adapt to any technology past, present or future.

My military experience was the most important of a lifetime and taught me the values of service to country, brotherhood, hard work, teamwork, endurance, stress management, and honor, to name a few. As an Army recruit, I did my basic training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and was stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma with a top-secret clearance while assigned in the nuclear field. The stint in the military was a great experience that exposed me to cultural diversity at a young age. When people ask me if I can handle the stress of a new project, I often respond that “if it is not as bad as bullets flying overhead, no worries!”
